• Honored with the Commercial Lines Branch Sales Award

• Ranked #65 in the Elite Status Personal Lines Ranking

• Completion of 21 Commercial Lines and 35 ESB rewrites​

 

Before stepping into the insurance world, Rhonda spent 15 years as a middle school teacher, primarily teaching 8th grade. That background still shines through in her leadership—she guides with the heart of a teacher, the spirit of a leader, and a knack for keeping everyone on their toes with her quick wit and sharp industry knowledge.

Family-oriented and community-driven, Rhonda is committed to honoring the values instilled by her parents, Ronald and Alice Steele, while leading us into an exciting new chapter.
