Jennifer has been in the insurance industry for two years, and during that time, she has truly excelled in her knowledge, confidence, and dedication. As an Insurance Advisor, she moves between commercial and personal lines, helping wherever she is needed and making sure customers receive support across the board. 

She is also the creator of Phyllis and the marketing on all of the social media platforms, as well as recreating the entire website.  Rhonda came to her one day with an idea about a mascot and that was when Phyllis was created. She makes videos and gives insurance advice that will help people understand their insurance coverage  much easier. Of course, Phyllis also has to get into shenanigans and have her moments fun when it comes to her videos!​

Of course, part of Jennifer’s daily routine usually includes finding Mrs. Betsey and saying, “I have a question!” That willingness to ask, learn, and grow has helped her become a stronger advisor and a valuable part of the Steele Insurance team.

Through her hard work and dedication, Jennifer helped Steele Insurance Agency earn the 2026 Commercial Lines Award. She is known for going above and beyond for her customers, sometimes even taking care of business while she is out and about with her family.

Outside the office, Jennifer is a proud mom of two children who are her entire world. They also get the full experience of her never-ending love for coffee and avocados! 

Jennifer brings heart, determination, curiosity, and plenty of personality to everything she does, and we are so thankful to have her as part of the Steele Insurance family.
