For Rhonda Steele, insurance has always been about more than policies—it is about people, relationships, and protecting the lives families have worked so hard to build.

As the daughter of Ronald and Alice Steele, Rhonda grew up with a firsthand understanding of hard work, service, and treating people like family. Today, she is honored to carry those values forward as the Principal Agent of Steele Insurance Agency.

Rhonda’s faith is at the center of her life and guides the way she leads, serves, and cares for others. She believes in showing kindness, giving back, and using every opportunity to make a positive difference in someone’s life.

Above all, Rhonda is a devoted mother to her three sons. Her family is her greatest joy and her biggest motivation. Whether she is supporting her boys, spending time with loved ones, or creating special family memories, Rhonda’s role as a mother will always be the one closest to her heart.

Before entering the insurance industry, Rhonda spent 15 years teaching middle school, primarily eighth grade. Her years in the classroom strengthened her love for helping others and gave her a special connection to local children, families, and schools. That teacher’s heart is still present in everything she does—she listens, explains, encourages, and makes sure people feel supported.

Rhonda is deeply connected to the community she calls home. She believes a local insurance agency should do more than conduct business—it should show up for its neighbors. From supporting local schools and community organizations to helping families during difficult moments, she is committed to making Steele Insurance Agency a place where people feel welcomed, valued, and cared for.

Rhonda leads with faith, loves her family fiercely, serves her community wholeheartedly, and carries forward the legacy her parents began in 1975. As Steele Insurance Agency enters its next 50 years, she is proud to continue protecting what matters most—with integrity, compassion, and heart.
